Market 36 Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Retail Manager on behalf of our client based in Chelmsford, on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the retail store, ensuring excellent customer service, managing stock levels, and driving sales performance. This role requires strong leadership skills and a proactive approach to business growth. Roles and Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the retail store, including sales, customer service, and inventory management.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and meet revenue goals.
- Train and supervise retail staff, ensuring they provide excellent customer service.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely replenishment.
- Maintain a clean and organised store environment.
