Market 36 Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Production Operative for our client based in Haverhill.
Main Purpose of the Role
To support the manufacturing and production process by operating machinery, assembling, packing, and ensuring products are produced efficiently, safely, and to a high-quality standard.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Operating production line machinery in a safe and efficient manner
- Assembling, packing, and labelling finished products
- Monitoring product quality throughout the production process
- Meeting daily production targets and deadlines
- Following company health & safety procedures at all times
- Maintaining a clean and organised work area
- Meeting daily production targets
Additional Responsibilities
- Reporting any machine faults or production issues to supervisors
- Assisting other team members where required
- Supporting general production duties as needed
Experience, Skills & Qualifications
- Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment is desirable but not essential
- Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
- Basic understanding of health & safety in the workplace
Working Pattern & Benefits
- Hours: Monday to Friday, rotating shifts
- Benefits: weekly pay, overtime opportunities available and parking onsite.
- Pay: £12,85 to £13.30
