Picker/Packer in Braintree

Market 36 Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Picker/Packer on behalf of our client based in Braintree, on a temp-to-perm basis.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a busy warehouse team in a long-term role with consistent shifts and supportive management.

What you’ll be doing:

• Picking and packing goods accurately and efficiently
• Preparing items ready for dispatch
• Assisting with general warehouse duties as required
• Ensuring work is carried out safely and to company standards
• Working in both ambient and chilled environments (full PPE provided)

What we’re looking for:

• Previous warehouse experience (preferred but not essential – training provided)
• Physically able to carry out light lifting (not heavy)
• Comfortable working in a cold environment at times
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work well as part of a team

Salary & Hours:

• £12.70 per hour
• 6:00am – 2:30pm, Monday to Friday plus Sundays
• 40+ hours per week (temp-to-perm opportunity)
