We are looking for an experienced and ambitious Restaurant Manager who thrives in a fast‑paced, food‑led pub environment. You will take full ownership of the site, from daily operations and team development to hitting sales and service targets.
What You’ll Need
- Previous experience as a RM in a similar food‑led pub or bar
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- A proven record of growing sales and developing teams
- Confidence with financial controls and operational standards
