With multiple bars, cask ales, and a classic British menu, it’s always buzzing with market-goers, foodies, and tourists looking for a true London pub experience. The Market Porter is a lively pub serving seasonal British dishes and pub classics. We’re looking for a passionate Sous Chef to support the Head Chef, lead shifts, and help run the kitchen smoothly. The Role – Sous Chef As Sous Chef, you’ll be second-in-command, taking responsibility when the Head Chef is away and ensuring consistent quality. You’ll also help train junior chefs, manage prep, and maintain kitchen standards.
