We’re looking for an experienced and ambitious General Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, food-led pub environment. You’ll take full ownership of the site, from daily operations and team development to hitting sales and service targets.

What You’ll Need

  • Previous experience as a GM in a similar food-led pub or bar
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • A proven record of growing sales and developing teams
  • Confidence with financial controls and operational standards
