We're looking for a skilled Chef de Partie to run a section of the kitchen and deliver brilliant food service. The Role - Chef de Partie As CDP, you'll take ownership of your section, work closely with the Sous and Head Chef, and play a vital role in training Commis and keeping service smooth.
- Previous experience in a fresh-food kitchen
- Ability to manage prep and service confidently on a section
- Good knowledge of food safety and kitchen standards
- Willingness to learn and grow as part of a team
- Pride in delivering consistent, high-quality food
