The Opportunity:
Join a growing commercial banking team focused on supporting SME and corporate customers through relationship‑led banking solutions. This opportunity would suit an experienced Relationship Manager looking to develop an established portfolio while generating new business opportunities across lending, deposits, trade finance and international banking services. You will become a trusted adviser to business clients whilst working within a collaborative and highly supportive banking environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow an existing portfolio of SME and Commercial Banking customers
- Develop new business opportunities through networking and relationship building
- Structure and submit lending proposals
- Deliver growth across assets, liabilities and client relationships
- Work closely with internal credit and operational teams
- Identify opportunities across Trade Finance, FX and specialist banking products
- Monitor portfolio performance and identify emerging risks
About You:
- Experience as a Relationship Manager within UK Commercial Banking
- Strong credit and lending knowledge
- Excellent client relationship and networking skills
- Proven track record of portfolio growth
- Strong commercial awareness and customer focus
