Job Description
Our prestigious banking client who's coverage includes FI, Commercial, Real Estate and also Private Banking is seeeking an astute and proactive candidate to assist their Front Line Private Bankers. The roles purpose is to provide seamless support to senior relationship managers/directors with developing client relationships, growing revenue and servicing clients requests within the portfolio with scope of further business with new bank clients.
Overall duties include;
- Processing all private banking client requests
- Managing CDD / EDDs and opening of special purpose vehicle accounts
- Meeting with new potential clients in the absence of relationship managers for new credit applications
- Preparing proposals for credit facilities and underwriting new loan facilities.
- Ensuring thorough review of full balance sheet, income statements and cash flow analysis
- Scrutinising all documents, accounts payment history etc.
- Building strong client relationships, by providing excellent customer service and following company processes
- Offering customers thorough guidance and support to maximise repeat business opportunities
- Maintaining the validity of accounts, monitoring receipt of payments and documentation
- Monitoring all accounts in terms of credit movement, business volumes and control
- Creating regular reports for senior management detailing accounts performance
- Proposing of annual renewal of credit facilities
- Maintaining insurance policies and stock reports
- Conducting site visits/write up of site visits.
Candidate Experience
- Minimum 3-5 years of banking experience including Private Banking
- Experience in preparing proposals for credit facilities and assessing affordability through first line / financial analysis.
- Have a client facing approach and be keen to involve themselves with clients and face to face meetings onsite.
- You will be required in the offices 5 days per week.
