An ambitious boutique wealth management and employee benefits advisory is seeking an experienced Financial Planner to join its growing team. The firm manages ÂŁ125m+ in assets under advice and has built a reputation for delivering holistic financial planning solutions to individuals, families and business owners. With continued client growth and an expanding referral network from corporate clients, the business is now looking to appoint a planner who can provide high-quality advice while developing long-term client relationships. This is an excellent opportunity for a client-focused adviser who values independence, professional integrity and a long-term approach to financial planning.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide holistic financial planning advice covering investments, pensions, protection and retirement planning
- Build and maintain longâterm relationships with private clients and business owners
- Deliver personalised financial plans aligned with client objectives and life goals
- Conduct client meetings, reviews and ongoing relationship management
- Identify opportunities to support employees from corporate benefit schemes with personal financial planning
- Work closely with paraplanners and administrators to ensure accurate and compliant advice delivery
- Prepare and present recommendations in line with FCA regulatory standards
- Support the continued growth of the firm through referrals, networking and professional relationships
- Maintain high standards of compliance, client service and documentation
Experience & Skills
- Experience working as a Financial Adviser / Financial Planner within a regulated UK advisory / wealth firm.
- Strong understanding of pensions, investments and financial planning strategies
- Ability to build trusted client relationships and provide clear, clientâfocused advice
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Comfortable working in a boutique advisory environment with high service standards
Qualifications
- Ideally Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (DipPFS or equivalent) required
- Working toward or holding Chartered Financial Planner status is advantageous
