We are looking for a friendly, proactive, and organised Reception/Administrator to join our team on a 12-month fixed-term contract, with the possibility of becoming permanent depending on service needs. This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in supporting the smooth running of a busy medical practice, where your contribution will make a real difference to patient care and the efficiency of our services.
You will be the first point of contact for patients, providing a welcoming and professional service both in person and over the phone. Main duties of the job:- Greet patients and visitors, ensuring a friendly and professional experience
- Answer telephone calls and respond to patient queries promptly
- Book and manage appointments using clinical systems
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and updating records
- Support the wider admin team during busy periods and assist with general office duties
