The opportunity

We are representing a venture-backed enterprise software firm that is building the infrastructure for the next generation of scientific discovery. While most SaaS companies solve generic business problems, this organisation solves the data challenges that hold back breakthroughs in vaccines, sustainable materials, and clean energy.

As the first dedicated demand generation marketer, you will be building a scalable, data-driven acquisition machine from the ground up. This is a high-autonomy, individual contributor role reporting directly to the CEO. The firm is looking for a builder who uses LLMs and modern automation to create outsized leverage.

What you will be doing

  • Build the engine: Take full ownership of the lead lifecycle, from initial search strategy to automated nurturing sequences and sales handoff.
  • SEO & AI-driven discovery: Optimise presence not just for traditional search, but for AI-driven discovery tools and answer engine optimisation.
  • Paid Ads: Plan and execute paid ads and paid social campaigns, measuring and reporting on ROI.
  • ABM: Develop bespoke account-based marketing strategies to penetrate global enterprise organisations.

Who you are

  • AI-pilled: You do not just use ChatGPT. You understand how to leverage LLMs to automate workflows, write scripts, and perform data analysis that used to require a much larger team.
  • SaaS native: You have some experience in high-growth B2B SaaS company and understand the nuances of complex enterprise sales cycles. (client-side only and not agency)
  • Experience: You'll have 5-8 years of experience post-university and be looking for more ownership.
