The Opportunity
A fast-scaling B2B marketplace that connects high-growth startups with essential physical infrastructure is hiring a GTM Engineer. This is a strategic, "AI-native" role designed for someone who wants to own the engine that powers pipeline and revenue.
Reporting directly to the Founders, you will transition a successful founder-led GTM system into a world-class, automated operation. This isn’t a traditional marketing or RevOps role; it’s about building workflows that turn raw signals into a consistent stream of qualified opportunities.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Design the GTM Machine: Own the architecture and execution of a modern prospecting stack (Clay, Instantly, HubSpot, Nooks/Orum) to keep the sales team fed with high-quality leads.
- AI-Powered Prospecting: Build automated enrichment workflows using AI to score and prioritise data based on real-time buying signals (fundraising, role changes, etc.).
- Sales Enablement & Outreach: Create outbound sequences across email and LinkedIn, ensuring sales representatives always have a prioritised, "warm" queue to call.
- Nurture & Lifecycle Marketing: Segment a high-value database to deliver automated, value-add content at the right moments, driving repeat business and renewals.
- Strategic Ownership: Manage and test outbound channels and strategic partnerships to ensure the brand remains front-of-mind for key decision-makers.
What Success Looks Like
- After 6 months: You have replaced manual, ad-hoc outreach with a repeatable, automated system that is delivering a measurable increase in qualified pipeline.
- Clarity: Every pound spent and every automated workflow is tracked via clear dashboards.
- Impact: The sales team is no longer "guessing" who to call; they are working from highly targeted, signal-based lists that lead directly to booked meetings.
About You
- Systems Thinker: You are "Rev Ops native"—you think in triggers, workflows, and agents rather than just individual tasks.
- AI Default: AI isn't a novelty to you; it's your daily co-pilot. You're comfortable using tools like Claude or Cursor to build dashboards and automate complex logic.
- Technically Fluent: You have hands-on experience with modern tools (Clay, HubSpot, Zapier, Apollo) and can string them together to solve messy data problems.
- Commercially Driven: You care about "qualified pipeline and revenue" over vanity metrics. You understand that the ultimate goal is booking meetings and driving revenue.
- Marketing: You have an eye for copy, brand and detail, ensuring automated outreach feels personalised and professional, never "robotic."
The Process
- Introductory call with Market Recruitment.
- Interview with the Founders to discuss your technical approach to GTM systems.
- Practical session/discussion on workflow design.
- Final interview at the London office.
