Following a period of exceptional revenue growth, they are looking for a methodical, proactive operations associate to help build the administrative and operational infrastructure needed for their next stage of growth. This is a unique opportunity to work closely with the chief of staff, gaining first-hand experience in running a scaling startup. You will play an active role in keeping the business secure, compliant, and running smoothly.
What you will be doing
In this role, you will take ownership of a broad range of high-impact operational functions. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Building operational systems: Partnering with commercial and engineering teams to establish secure internal systems, compliance workflows, and information security processes.
- Supporting talent growth: Designing, managing, and refining the onboarding process for new hires as the team continues to expand internationally.
- Managing business coordination: Helping coordinate legal, procurement, and recruitment operations to keep internal processes simple and efficient.
- Improving product quality: Working closely with product teams to evaluate the behaviour of internal tools, helping to test and refine their software.
