Role Overview
This role is ideal for a digital marketer with hands-on experience in PPC and social media advertising. You will be responsible for managing multi-platform ad campaigns aimed at generating high-quality leads and supporting global growth initiatives.
What you’ll be doing
- Create and optimise B2B PPC campaigns on Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, and Microsoft Ads.
- Conduct keyword research, A/B testing, and campaign analysis to improve ROI and SEO.
- Write compelling ad copy and coordinate with content teams on visuals and messaging.
- Track conversions and performance using Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and Meta Business Suite.
- Use HubSpot for marketing automation, lead tracking, and customer journey analysis.
- Produce detailed reports and offer strategic insights for continuous improvement.
- Align campaigns with regional goals and support wider marketing initiatives.
Required Skills and Experience
- Minimum of 2 years managing PPC and social media campaigns, with an understanding of SEO.
- Proven experience in B2B or B2C lead generation via paid media.
- Proficiency with Google Ads (Search & Shopping), Microsoft Ads, and major social platforms.
- Expertise in GA4, Google Tag Manager, and marketing automation tools.
- Strong copywriting and analytical skills.
- Solid understanding of campaign budgeting, targeting, and optimisation.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related discipline.
