About our client
Our client is a well-established technology and data consultancy supporting enterprise organisations across both the private and public sectors. They partner with clients to modernise legacy systems, extract practical value from complex data, and deploy robust digital solutions.
With steady commercial growth and an open, collaborative team culture, they provide an environment where your work has immediate visibility and measurable impact.
The opportunity
How businesses find technology partners is undergoing a fundamental shift. Potential clients are moving beyond traditional search engines and increasingly turning to AI-driven tools, large language models, and trusted third-party directories to identify potential suppliers.
To stay ahead, our client is investing in their external digital footprint. In this role, you will take lead responsibility for establishing and elevating their presence across authoritative software review platforms, technology marketplaces, and digital touchpoints.
This is a broad, practical position combining platform management, website maintenance, and marketing operations. If you have solid digital fundamentals and want to expand your technical and operational skill set, this role provides the autonomy and training to do so.
What you will be doing
Third-party platforms and brand visibility
- Manage and build our client's listings on leading B2B technology marketplaces and software comparison sites, including G2, Clutch, and relevant industry directories
- Create and roll out structured programmes to gather genuine client reviews and testimonials
- Ensure company information, service offerings, and product profiles remain accurate and compelling across every external channel
- Track lead volume and conversion rates originating from marketplace platforms to evaluate channel return on investment
Website management and performance
- Maintain and update the core enterprise website using WordPress
- Implement practical conversion rate improvements by reviewing user journeys and identifying friction points
- Keep content aligned with search engine optimisation best practices and evolving answer engine discovery principles
- Review analytics and performance reports to understand where traffic comes from and where users drop off
Marketing operations and automation
- Build and maintain lead-routing workflows and automated lead scoring in HubSpot
- Ensure inbound interest captured from external platforms passes cleanly to commercial and sales teams
- Assist with regular campaign tracking and monthly performance reporting
Operational coordination
- Manage operational administration, including processing marketing invoices, tracking vendor renewals, and monitoring subscription budgets
- Liaise with external agencies, SEO tool providers, and software partners
What success looks like

- Established regular listing updates and a dependable review-generation process across primary marketplace platforms
- Streamlined lead handoffs in HubSpot so inbound enquiries reach the right teams without delay
- Gained a clear understanding of digital performance data to show which external touchpoints produce the most qualified interest
What you will bring
We are far more interested in your aptitude, curiosity, and drive to learn than in tick-box years of experience. You do not need to have done every part of this role before, as hands-on mentoring and training will be provided from day one.
