Role overview
As the Head of Account Management, you will manage and develop a team of account managers alongside running a select portfolio of enterprise accounts.
You will focus on driving customer retention, unlocking expansion opportunities, and building strong relationships with executive sponsors.

- What you will bring
- Proven experience in account management within a B2B Saa S or technology environment.
- Experience of managing enterprise accounts (£120k-160k ACVs).
- Hands-on experience leading, managing, or mentoring team members.
- Demonstrated track record of hitting or exceeding renewal and expansion revenue goals.
- Experience using the MEDDICC sales methodology.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to hold confident commercial discussions with executive stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with a data-informed approach to problem-solving.
- Experience using Hub Spot or a similar CRM system is advantageous.
