Role Overview
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced demand generation specialist who thrives at the intersection of creativity and data. You'll design and execute marketing programs that attract, engage, and convert high‐quality leads. You'll work across the full funnel – combining inbound, outbound, and partner‐led motions – to drive measurable growth. With support from experienced marketing and sales leaders, you'll have the freedom to test, learn, and build scalable programs that deliver results.
What You'll Be Doing
- Develop and own the company's demand generation strategy and roadmap
- Build and optimise multi‐channel campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and conversions
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify key accounts and accelerate pipeline
- Use data, testing, and insights to improve campaign performance and ROI
- Align content, messaging, and targeting to audience needs and market trends
- Report on key demand metrics and continuously refine programs for better results
- Partner with design, content, and web teams to bring ideas to life
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years' experience in demand generation, growth, or performance marketing for a B2B SaaS business
- Proven ability to generate qualified leads and drive pipeline impact
- Hands‐on experience with digital channels such as paid social, search, and email
- Strong understanding of campaign measurement, attribution, and optimisation
- Data‐driven mindset with a track record of testing and iteration
- Collaborative, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast‐moving environment
