As Assistant Manager, you'll work closely with the General Manager and Assistant General Manager to deliver exceptional hospitality, drive commercial performance and create an environment where both guests and teams thrive.

What You'll Be Doing As Assistant Manager, you'll create an environment where exceptional hospitality, operational excellence and commercial performance come together.
You'll
- Lead the venue during your shifts, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across every department
- Coach, develop and inspire Supervisors and Team Members to perform at their very best
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences, confidently resolving challenges and creating memorable moments
- Drive commercial performance through labour management, sales growth, stock control and profitability
- Support recruitment, onboarding and the development of future leaders
- Build strong relationships with our traders and support teams to deliver one seamless guest experience
- Maintain exceptional standards of health & safety, compliance and operational excellence
- Lead engaging daily briefings, celebrate success and create a positive, high-performing culture
- Support the General Manager and Assistant General Manager with the ongoing success of the venue
What We're Looking For You'll already be an experienced hospitality leader who's ready for your next challenge.
You'll have
- Experience leading busy, high-volume hospitality operations
- Previous experience as an Assistant Manager, Deputy Manager, Duty Manager or in a similar leadership role
- A genuine passion for coaching, developing and inspiring people
- Strong commercial awareness with experience managing labour, GP, stock and sales performance
- The confidence to make decisions and remain calm under pressure
- Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills
- A hands-on leadership style and passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
- A positive attitude, plenty of energy and the ability to bring people together
