The role
As a Floor Server at Market Halls, you’ll be at the heart of the guest experience. You will:
- Prepare the venue for service and keep the space clean, organised and welcoming
- Greet, engage with and support guests to ensure a smooth, enjoyable visit
- Clear and reset tables quickly to maintain flow and efficiency
- Promote our bars and assist with upselling drinks to enhance the guest experience
- Uphold safety, hygiene and cleanliness standards throughout your shift
- Work closely with the wider team to keep operations running smoothly across both floors
