The role

As a Floor Server at Market Halls, you’ll be at the heart of the guest experience. You will:

  • Prepare the venue for service and keep the space clean, organised and welcoming
  • Greet, engage with and support guests to ensure a smooth, enjoyable visit
  • Clear and reset tables quickly to maintain flow and efficiency
  • Promote our bars and assist with upselling drinks to enhance the guest experience
  • Uphold safety, hygiene and cleanliness standards throughout your shift
  • Work closely with the wider team to keep operations running smoothly across both floors
