Inside our restored Edwardian building, Market Halls Victoria stretches across three vibrant floors featuring 10 kitchens, 3 buzzing bars and a rooftop terrace with station-side views. The venue is constantly alive with a mix of locals, commuters and visitors, making every shift fresh and energising. As a Bartender here, you’ll shape the guest experience from behind the bar - crafting drinks, connecting with people and setting the tone for the atmosphere. The role
As a Bartender at Market Halls, you'll be right at the centre of the action. You will:
- Prepare, serve and present drinks to company standards
- Deliver fast, friendly and consistent service
- Maintain a clean, well-organised and fully stocked bar
- Recommend drinks confidently and upsell where appropriate
- Create warm, memorable guest interactions
- Follow all safety, compliance and cash-handling procedures
