Hospitality is changing... Change with us! Shelter Hall is owned by Market Halls. This role is based within our flagship landmark Food Hall on Brighton’s seafront! Shelter Hall is made up of 7 kitchens and 2 bars split across 2 floors, with private dining and unbeatable outside space. Combining a fantastic choice of cuisines for our guests, all ordered through the Shelter Hall app and delivered to their table by our floor team. As a Kitchen Porter at Shelter Hall, you’ll be at the heart of the back of house. Your responsibilities include:

  • Washing dishes and equipment
  • Maintaining kitchen cleanliness and hygiene standards
  • Assisting with basic prep tasks
  • Ensuring chefs have the tools and workspace needed for efficient service
