Market Halls Victoria is seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to lead shifts, coach teams and deliver outstanding guest experiences.

You will be a senior leader, driving operational excellence and commercial performance in a vibrant, multi-kitchen venue next to Victoria Station.

You'll work closely with the General Manager to develop tomorrow's leaders, maintain high standards, and foster a positive, energetic culture across three floors and multiple outlets.
