Job Brief

As a valued SDR, you will be at the front line, influencing the market and accelerating company growth. You will be responsible for identifying potential customers, generating new business opportunities, and managing leads through the sales pipeline. You will work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to ensure that personal and company goals are met and exceeded. Excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a proven track record of delivering innovation and success in sales are essential. Responsibilities

  • Research, identify and influence potential prospects and generate new business opportunities for the company.
  • Online network, build awareness and influence via outbound social media, phone and email.
  • Contact and qualify inbound prospects.
  • Set appointments and follow up on leads.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing team to develop strategies for reaching sales targets including account mapping and ABM.
  • Use customer relationship management (CRM) software to manage leads and sales activities.
  • Stay up‑to‑date on market trends, competition, and industry developments.
  • Provide regular reports on sales activities and results to management.
  • Be creative, develop your skills and share best practice.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in sales.
  • 2+ years of outbound SaaS SDR experience.
  • Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software is essential.
  • Social selling experience – LinkedIn, e‑mail marketing exposure is desirable.
  • Understanding of protech, fintech markets is desirable, not essential.
  • Engaging, expert storyteller, inspiring.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with potential clients.
  • Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies.
  • Strong problem‑solving, consultative and negotiation skills are key.
  • Time management and organisational skills.
  • Analytical and attentive – ability to track and deliver on KPIs.
  • Highly driven, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to change.
  • A desire to learn and grow with the organisation.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferable.

Salary & Benefits

A base annual salary circa £35,000 to £42,000. Uncapped OTE of £60,000. Pension. Numerous incentives, socials, and a solid, friendly team culture.
