Role Summary: SAP PP Consultant with strong experience in application support, providing L2/L3 production planning support and ensuring smooth functioning of manufacturing processes within SAP.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provided L2/L3 support for SAP PP module, handling incidents, service requests, and change requests in compliance with SLA.
  • Troubleshot issues related to Production Orders, Planned Orders, MRP, Capacity Planning, and Shop Floor Control.
  • Configured and supported BOM, Routing, Work Centers, Production Versions, and Master Data.
  • Monitored and analyzed MRP runs, resolved planning errors, and optimized material planning processes.
  • Collaborated with business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions.
  • Ensured seamless integration between SAP PP and MM, SD, QM modules.
  • Performed root cause analysis (RCA) and implemented corrective and preventive actions.
  • Prepared functional specifications and coordinated with technical (ABAP) teams for developments and enhancements.
  • Supported data corrections, master data validation, and system consistency checks.
  • Participated in testing (Unit Testing, UAT), transport management, and system upgrades.
  • Created documentation and conducted end-user training sessions.
