Window & Door Assembler

Market 36 Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Window & Timber Door Assembler on behalf of our client based in Tiptree, on a permanent basis.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Fitting locks, hinges and other components to timber windows and doors.
• Hanging timber doors to their respective frames.
• Assembling timber windows and frames to precise specifications.
• Using hand and power tools safely and effectively for assembly tasks.
• Undertaking quality checks to ensure all components meet required standards.
• Assisting with packing, handling, and preparation of finished products.
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
• Undertaking other general duties within the glazing and assembly department where required.

Experience, Education & Qualifications

• Previous experience working with timber doors and windows.
• Competent in the use of hand and power tools.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy in all areas of work.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Health and safety conscious.
