Market 36 Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Trainee Glazing Operative on behalf of our client based in Tiptree, on a permanent basis.

The successful candidate will be keen to develop their skills in timber window and door glazing and work towards an NVQ Level 2 qualification.
Roles & Responsibilities

Learning various glazing techniques through an NVQ Level 2 qualification.
*
On-the-job learning of M&W glazing techniques on a timber window & door glazing system.
*
Learning M&W modern glazing alternatives to traditional putty glazing.
*
Undertaking other general duties within the glazing and assembly department where required.
*
Assisting with quality checks to ensure all products meet required standards.
*
Maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
Experience, Education & Qualifications
*
Previous experience in glazing is desirable but not essential; full training will be provided.
*
Willingness to learn new skills and develop in a hands-on environment.
*
Good attention to detail and accuracy in all areas of work.
*
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
*
Health and safety conscious.
Salary: Dependant on experience
Hours: 7:00am β 4:00pm, Monday to Friday
