Key Responsibilities
- Operate PEM inserting and spot welding machines.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings and works orders.
- Select the correct fasteners, tooling, and welding settings.
- Inspect completed components to ensure quality standards are met.
- Carry out basic machine adjustments and report any faults.
- Complete production paperwork where required.
- Follow all Health and Safety guidelines.
