Roles & Responsibilities:
- Assemble and build electrical control panels, cabinets and enclosures to specification.
- Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, layout drawings and bills of materials.
- Mount electrical components such as circuit breakers, contactors, relays, terminal blocks, PLCs and power supplies.
- Perform panel wiring including cable routing, stripping, crimping and terminating conductors.
- Label components and wiring in accordance with standards and project requirements.
- Carry out point-to-point wiring checks and continuity testing.
- Inspect completed panels to ensure compliance with drawings and quality standards.
- Troubleshoot and correct wiring or component issues.
- Follow all Health & Safety procedures and maintain a clean workspace.
- Maintain tools, equipment and report faults.
- Work independently or within a team to meet deadlines.
- Complete basic documentation and support general electrical assembly tasks.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Experience in electrical panel building or electrical assembly.
- Experience working with control systems and electrical components.
Experience, Skills & Qualifications:
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and technical drawings.
- Knowledge of electrical components and control systems.
- Experience using hand tools, power tools and basic electrical test equipment.
Working Pattern & Benefits:
- Hours: Mon-Thurs 6:30am - 5:00pm
