Market 36 Recruitment are currently recruiting for an experienced Internal Sales Consultant to join our client based in Cradley Health. Main purpose of the role is to be part of a successful internal sales team, working alongside external colleagues to meet and achieve agreed group and personal targets. Completing sales campaigns by product and sector. The sales consultant will be responsible for 2 external regions and will be targeted on achieving regional targets. Duties * evaluating and reviewing sales performance * process orders and manage the CRM system * agree improvements and monitor outcomes * Generate sales leads and provide quotations * maintain relationships with new and existing merchants * Manage key contacts Skills and Experience * Excellent attention to detail * Previous Sales experience * strong background in closing sales and generating leads Benefits * 22 days holiday plus 8 days public and bank holidays * Auto-enrolment to company pension with 5% contribution by the employer, which includes Life Assurance cover (Death in Service) * Salary £28k, with a bonus structure up to 20% of annual salary, on achieving sales targets within the regions managed.
