Picker/Packer

Market 36 Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Picker/Packer on behalf of our client based in Braintree, on a temp-to-perm basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a busy warehouse team in a long-term role with consistent shifts and supportive management. What you’ll be doing: * Picking and packing goods accurately and efficiently * Preparing items ready for dispatch * Assisting with general warehouse duties as required * Ensuring work is carried out safely and to company standards * Working in both ambient and chilled environments (full PPE provided) What we’re looking for: * Previous warehouse experience (preferred but not essential – training provided) * Physically able to carry out light lifting (not heavy) * Comfortable working in a cold environment at times * Strong attention to detail and accuracy * Reliable, punctual, and able to work well as part of a team Salary & Hours: * £12.71 per hour * 6:00am – 2:30pm, Monday to Friday plus Sundays * 40+ hours per week (temp-to-perm opportunity) Benefits: * Free on-site parking * Canteen facilities * Consistent weekday hours and Sunday shifts available * Long-term job security with permanent prospects Market 36 Recruitment Ltd cover a range of sectors including Commercial, Industrial, Engineering, HR & Finance & ITAD.
