Overview
Market 36 Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Global Service Coordinator on behalf of our client based in Braintree, on a permanent basis.
The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting the Global Service Manager with the operational service delivery function for a diverse portfolio of international customers across more than 70 countries. This role focuses on coordinating global collection requests, managing quotations, maintaining client and partner communications, and ensuring service levels and reporting standards are consistently met.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate within the Global Coordination team to manage and process collection requests via the MyData portal and customer emails
- Maintain timely communication with customers, request additional details when required, and provide quotations within agreed SLAs
- Support Global Service Managers in preparing quotations for existing customers and assist the Sales team with new and prospective clients
- Act as the primary contact for collection-related queries, escalating to the Service Manager when necessary and liaising with partners to resolve issues
- Contribute to contract profitability by ensuring quotations and final invoice reports align with agreed margins
- Prepare invoice and remarketing reports, review partner invoices, and submit them for approval to the Global Commercial Manager
- Ensure all client reporting adheres to Statement of Work (SoW) requirements
- Work closely with the Remarketing team to ensure partner revenue returns are fair and accurate
- Support the Global Business Development Manager and Global Service Managers with various administrative and operational requests
- Identify and resolve reporting discrepancies, communicating effectively with internal departments to prevent recurrence
Experience, Education & Qualifications
- Knowledge of the ITAD industry (preferred but not essential)
- Experience dealing with international customers or suppliers (preferred but not essential)
- Strong multitasking and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple customer requirements
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills and confident using various IT platforms
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, with a professional and proactive approach
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in quotations and reporting
- Collaborative team player with a commitment to achieving shared objectives
Hours: Monday to Friday
Hybrid Working: 2 days per week in office
Salary: Β£25,000 β Β£30,000 per annum
