With a competitive salary of 50,000 - 55,000 plus an OTE of 80,000 - 90,000, this is an exciting opportunity for an experienced business development professional to take ownership of a national growth strategy and develop strong, long-term client relationships.
Main Purpose of the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving commercial growth by developing strategic client relationships, building a strong pipeline of prospective clients and positioning the company as a credible and trusted compliance partner. Reporting to the Commercial Director, you will take a consultative approach to business development and work closely with internal teams to ensure new opportunities are progressed and handed over effectively.
This role will be based in Feering and will require regular nationwide travel to meet with clients, attend networking events and represent the business at industry exhibitions.
