Market 36 Recruitment are currently recruiting for Forklift Truck Drivers for our client based in Earls Colne. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced forklift operators to join a busy warehouse environment. Full on-the-job support will be provided, making this a great role for reliable and motivated individuals looking for long-term work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operating both Flexi (Bendi) and Counterbalance forklifts safely and efficiently
- Assisting with general warehouse duties, including unloading containers (heavy/large boxes), picking and packing orders, and loading lorries
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
- Following company health & safety policies and procedures
Ideal Candidate:
- Experienced in operating both Flexi (Bendi) and Counterbalance forklifts
- Reliable, punctual, and motivated team player
- Able to handle heavy lifting and manual tasks safely
- Flexible and willing to assist with general warehouse duties
Working hours: Monday – Friday, 08:00 – 17:00
Pay rate: £13.50 - £14.00 per hour, with opportunities for progression.
