Market 36 Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Representative on behalf of our client based in Earls Colne, on a temp-to-perm basis.
The successful candidate will be confident using computers, communicating professionally online, and supporting customers through written channels. Previous customer service experience is desirable but not essential.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Answering customer enquiries via email and online messaging systems.
- Carrying out data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Supporting customers with general queries — no inbound or outbound phone calls required.
- Completing general administrative duties as required.
- Maintaining accurate records and updating internal systems.
- Providing excellent customer service and representing the company in a professional manner.
Experience, Education & Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience desired but not essential.
- Basic IT skills required, including use of email and data entry systems.
- Strong written communication skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Professional, reliable and organised.
Salary: Dependant on experience
Hours: 8:00am – 4:30pm, Monday to Friday
