Market 36 Recruitment are currently recruiting for Window Fabricators on behalf of our client based in Great Baddow on a temporary to permanent basis. The successful candidates will be responsible for operating machinery, assisting with production duties, using hand tools and other manufacturing duties. Roles & Responsibilities: * Fabrication of uPVC and/or aluminium windows and doors * Operating machinery and hand tools safely and efficiently * Reading and working from technical specifications * Conducting quality checks throughout the fabrication process * Maintaining a clean and organised work environment * Working to production targets while ensuring high standards of workmanship The Ideal Candidate Will Have: * Previous experience in window fabrication * Good attention to detail and quality standards * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * A positive attitude and strong work ethic * Good timekeeping and reliability Working hours are Monday – Friday 7:30 – 4:30pm Market 36 Recruitment Ltd cover a variety of sectors including Commercial, Industrial, Engineering, and HR & Finance.
