Roles & Responsibilities:
- Operate Wood CNC machinery safely and efficiently
- Set and adjust CNC machines for production runs
- Read and interpret technical drawings and job specifications
- Manufacture wooden components to precise measurements and specifications
- Carry out quality checks on finished products
- Use hand tools and measuring equipment where required
- Maintain machinery and report faults when necessary
- Follow all Health & Safety procedures and maintain a clean workspace
- Work independently or within a team to meet production deadlines
Additional Responsibilities:
- Experience within joinery or woodworking environments
- Machine setting and tool changing experience
- Sanding and finishing components where required
Experience, Skills & Qualifications:
- Previous experience operating Wood CNC machinery
- Ability to read technical drawings accurately
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards
- Experience using woodworking machinery and hand tools
- Good organisational and time management skills
- CNC programming experience advantageous
