Market 36 Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Candidate Consultant / Recruitment Resourcer to join our team in Braintree Town Centre. This is an exciting opportunity to join our established, growing Recruitment Agency. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting our recruitment divisions by taking ownership of candidate attraction, engagement and pipeline management across the business. This is a fast-paced, people-focused role suited to someone who is proactive, highly organised and confident, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Proactively source and attract candidates across multiple divisions
- Manage incoming applications and candidate enquiries
- Reactivate existing candidates from our database
- Conduct candidate registrations and initial screening
- Build and maintain strong, up-to-date candidate pipelines
- Manage candidate availability and ongoing communication
- Coordinate & conduct registrations, interviews and appointments
- Greet and welcome candidates, clients and other office visitors
- Maintain accurate candidate records and compliance information
- Support consultants with urgent candidate requirements and sourcing activity
- General administrative tasks
Experience, Skills & Qualifications
- Confident and professional communicator
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Proactive and comfortable taking initiative
- Confident speaking to candidates over the phone and face-to-face
- Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- Previous recruitment, resourcing, customer service or people-focused experience would be advantageous
Hours: Monday to Thursday 9am – 5pm & Friday 8:30am – 4pm.
Salary: Up to £28,000 DOE
