Hiring Process

Step 1: Application Review

Please send:

  • Your CV
  • Proof of IBM SkillsBuild course completion

Applications without proof of course completion may be rejected. Candidates who submit valid proof of completion will receive instructions for the paid practical assignment.

Step 2: Paid Practical Assignment

The assignment is focused on promoting IBM SkillsBuild through approved, trackable methods. The target is 100 valid, unique, tracked IBM SkillsBuild enrolments from approved countries. Before starting, candidates must submit a short action plan with:

  • The channels or contacts they plan to use
  • Their proposed outreach method
  • Their expected deadline for reaching 100 valid tracked enrolments
  • How they will report their actions and progress

Candidates who reach the target will receive a €100 success payment. The success payment is made after the 10th day of the month following the month in which the candidate reaches the target, after results have been checked and confirmed in the official reporting system. Only enrolments visible in the official reporting system count. Fake accounts, duplicate accounts, self-created multiple accounts, untracked results, or results from non-approved countries do not count. Reaching 100 valid tracked enrolments does not guarantee hiring. Final selection depends on results, speed, planning, reporting, communication, and overall fit.

We review the application, action plan, practical assignment results, reporting, communication, and overall fit before making the final decision. Candidates will receive a clear final response.
