Calling Registered Veterinary Nurses (RVNs) and experienced Pet Claims Assessors, we have an exciting fully remote opportunity for people looking to use their veterinary or pet claims experience in a new way. If you're a Registered Veterinary Nurse or an experienced Pet Claims Assessor, this UK-based remote role offers the chance to apply your existing knowledge and skills whilst working from the comfort of your home.
Hours: Full-time only, Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm or 10am-6pm (alternative shifts).
Training: Fully Remote working Monday to Friday 8am-4pm.

Key Responsibilities
- Review and process pet insurance claims efficiently, ensuring accuracy and adherence to guidelines.
- Work closely with veterinary practices and customers to gather necessary information for claims assessment.
- Ensure claims are settled swiftly, within Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and identify any potential fraudulent claims for referral.
- Offer exceptional customer service by providing clear, prompt communication and building strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of policies, products, and systems to help explain coverage details to customers.
What We're Looking For
- Experience: Must be a Qualified Veterinary Nurse or experienced Pet Claims Assessor with relevant industry experience.
- Skills: Excellent phone and communication skills, high attention to detail, strong IT and data entry skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Attitude: A flexible, proactive approach to work and a willingness to embrace new tasks and challenges.
