Ready to own the roadmap, shape smart systems, and see your decisions make a real impact? We are looking for a Product Owner to take charge of an ERP platform and supporting IT systems, driving their evolution while working closely with stakeholders and delivery partners. This is a key role for someone who loves clarity, collaboration, and turning strategy into shipped solutions.
The Role
As Product Owner, you will be the guardian of the product backlog and roadmap. You will balance business priorities, guide delivery, and ensure systems evolve in line with both short‑term needs and long‑term goals. You will sit at the centre of decision‑making, translating strategy into actionable backlog items, keeping delivery focused, and making sure what’s delivered genuinely works for users.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Owning the backlog: defining, refining, and prioritising work based on business value
- Setting clarity: writing clear requirements and acceptance criteria – and being accountable for them
- Collaborating closely: working with internal teams and external development partners to keep delivery aligned
- Ensuring quality: validating functionality against business needs, compliance standards, and user expectations
- Managing the roadmap: communicating a clear, transparent plan that balances now vs next
- System governance: overseeing assigned IT platforms, vendors, licensing, and compliance (e.g. GDPR, ISO 27001)
- Integrations & data: monitoring system integrations and championing strong data quality standards
What You’ll Bring
- Proven experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in ERP or SaaS environments
- Strong grasp of Agile ways of working, backlog management, and sprint planning
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands‑on delivery
- Experience with ERP platforms (Odoo experience is highly desirable)
Nice to Have (But Not Essential)
- Odoo functional or technical expertise
- Experience with API integrations and ERP ecosystems
- Knowledge of finance, supply chain, or CRM processes
- Familiarity with SQL or basic data analysis
- Experience with change management, user training, or working with external/offshore development teams
Why This Role?
Working with a growing, ambitious SaaS business. A pivotal role with real influence over systems, delivery, and outcomes. Apply now and take ownership.
