Trainee Third Party Operation Support Handlers
Locations: Tunbridge Wells, Manchester, Chelmsford, Whitstable, Haywards Heath
Hybrid working – typically 1 day per week in the office once probation is complete
About The Role
We’re looking for proactive Operational Support Handlers to join our growing team.
Your role will include providing support to the Third Party Claims Operation, providing dynamic and accurate interactions to compliment claims handling activities across Personal Injury, Credit Hire, Property Damage & Complex as well as some support to other business areas.
We’ll support you with full training, a personal development plan, and clear career progression opportunities. Performance is measured against transparent KPIs, with annual reviews and the chance to earn an annual pay review.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Undertaking general claim administration tasks.
- Raising payments to suppliers.
- Bordereaux processing.
- Adhering to agreed personal authority limits, referring to line manager for authorisation where activity exceeds such limits.
- Manage various mailboxes and actioning process which support the wider department.
- Promptly and pro-actively responding to incoming correspondence.
- Liaising with suppliers to ensure delivery of customer service.
What We’re Looking For
- Working knowledge of Motor claims is desirable but, full training will be provided.
- Ability to adapt and deal with short notice request, delivering accurate and timely completion.
- Excellent computer skills, including industry wide software including Microsoft Office.
- Highly organised, with the ability to prioritise your own workload.
- Team player with a “Can do” attitude
- Commercially aware and adaptable, with a willingness to learn and grow.
