Do you have Pet Claims Assessing or Veterinary Nurse experience and looking for a new challenge? We are looking for Pet Claims Assessors to join our Assessing team on a remote basis (must be UK based).
Hours: Full Time - Monday to Friday 8am-4pm while in training and then Monday-Friday 10-6pm - no part time or condensed hours offered.
Start date: February 2026 - Applicants must be able to commit to this start date.

Key Responsibilities:
- Review and process pet insurance claims efficiently, ensuring accuracy and adherence to guidelines.
- Work closely with veterinary practices and customers to gather necessary information for claims assessment.
- Ensure claims are settled swiftly, within Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and identify any potential fraudulent claims for referral.
- Offer exceptional customer service by providing clear, prompt communication and building strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of policies, products, and systems to help explain cover details to customers.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: Must be a Qualified Veterinary Nurse or experienced Pet Claims Assessor with relevant industry experience.
- Skills: Excellent phone and communication skills, high attention to detail, strong IT and data entry skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Attitude: A flexible, proactive approach to work and a willingness to embrace new tasks and challenges.
