As a technician, you will be the friendly face meeting and serving our customers. We provide state-of-the-art training and support to help you excel. Working with us means learning new skills, recognition, and being part of an industry leader.
We are seeking mobile technicians to join our team, performing repairs and replacements in the Birmingham area.
Responsibilities:
- Repair damaged glass on all vehicle types, including classic cars, vans, restoration projects, luxury cars, 4x4s, and supercars
- Collaborate and share knowledge with regional team members
- Identify opportunities to improve our service and provide feedback
- Maintain and enhance industry-leading skills and knowledge
Requirements:
- Automotive or mechanical experience is advantageous but not essential
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Positive attitude and pride in your work
- Willingness to build a career and support team members
- Valid UK driving license
- No call-outs required
- Availability to work 1 in 4 Saturdays
- Full training for NVQ qualifications
- Company vehicle provided
