Are you an animal lover looking for an exciting opportunity in customer service? Located in Lakeside, Portsmouth, we are expanding rapidly and seeking dedicated individuals with a positive attitude and a knack for customer service to join our friendly team!
Location: Lakeside, North Harbour, Portsmouth

About the role
We are looking for people with a passion for animals to join our dynamic Customer Service Team at our Portsmouth Lakeside office. If you are searching for a new challenge, looking to kickstart your career in an office environment, or simply love interacting with customers and hearing about their pets, we want to hear from you.
Role responsibilities
- Answering customer calls and queries
- Managing the customer through the lifecycle of their insurance policy
- Dealing with customer renewals and new business calls
- Having an energetic approach and building rapport with customers
- Contacting and dealing with customers via telephone and email
- General admin
- Liaising with veterinary practices, breeders, and policyholders
- Collating and posting of documents
About you
- Previous customer service experience – retail and hospitality experience is also welcome
- Happy dealing with customers via the telephone
- Hard working and personable

Hours: Full Time, 37.5 hours per week on a 3-week rotational shift pattern:
- Week 1: Monday to Friday 8am-4pm
- Week 2: Monday to Friday 9am-5pm with a half-day on Saturday and a day off in lieu
- Week 3: Monday to Friday 1pm-8pm
- Please note – no holiday can be taken within the first 6 weeks of training
