HR People Partner
Role Purpose:
We are looking for a HR People Partner who will work closely with our senior and executive leaders across the group by providing support to enable effective people plans and strategies ensuring alignment to the group’s overall plan.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
- Maintain strong partnerships with senior leaders to shape the people plan, provide challenge for optimal outcomes.
- Coach senior leaders to foster a people-centric culture aligned with the group\’s vision and values.
- Analyse trends and metrics for enhancing people capabilities, offer solutions to address challenges.
- Understand the group\’s strategy, customers, and collaborate with team members for L&D and engagement support.
- Provide support on people related cycles such as performance management, talent and succession, pay reviews, engagement surveys and action planning.
- Advise leaders on attraction, succession, retention for enhancing business performance.
- Collaborate closely within the wider people team to develop and deliver people plans.
- Managing organisational change projects, influencing organisation design, leading on consultation plans collective and individual and coaching leaders through these processes.
- Understand the risk and compliance policies and processes and ensure adherence to these at all times

- CIPD Level 7 or equivalent experience
- Experience of advising and consulting in a HR capacity within the financial services
- Grasp of insurance, broking and how it is regulated
