We are looking for a highly organised and proactiveFleet administratorto join our team. This role plays a crucial part in supporting the efficient management of Auto Windscreens' fleet operations.
Responsibilities
- Work alongside the Fleet Manager and Fleet Administrator to provide support to the Auto Windscreens' own fleet.
- Manage and plan appointments whilst optimising
- Completion of general administration duties to support the Fleet Manager.
- Provide help and support to all colleagues and customers both internally and externally.
- Liaise closely through clear and timely communication with our internal customers, technicians and Area Deployment Centres including Regional and Area Managers.
- Any other ad-hoc duties requested or advised by the Fleet Manager
- Invoicing management, creating and receipting purchase orders.
Skills and Knowledge required
- Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills both face-to face and via the telephone.
- Able to demonstrate a good level of competence in planning and organizing own workload.
- Flexible approach to work demands.
- Proactive self-motivator and able to work on own initiative.
- Proficient IT skills.
- Geographical Knowledge.
- Attention to detail, applying efficiency to technician workload.
