Role Description
The Quality Administrator is a full-time maternity cover position based in Leighton Buzzard. The role provides administrative support to the Quality team and is responsible for coordinating quality systems, maintaining records and documentation, administering training records, supporting audits, producing reports and KPIs, and assisting with investigations, deviations, complaints, and CAPAs. The successful candidate will work closely with operational teams and other departments to support compliance and continuous improvement activities across the site.
Qualifications
- Strong administrative and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy when handling documentation and records.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Confidence using Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams.
- Experience in an administrative, coordinator, customer service, logistics, warehousing, or compliance support role would be beneficial.
- Ability to work independently, prioritise workload, and collaborate effectively with colleagues across different functions.
- Previous Quality Assurance experience is not essential, as full training will be provided on company systems and processes.
- A proactive mindset and willingness to learn in a fast-paced healthcare logistics environment.
Suitable candidates may come from administration, logistics, warehousing, customer service, compliance, training coordination, or document control backgrounds. Previous Quality Assurance experience is not required.
