What You’ll Be Doing
- Own and execute Account Plans for allocated brokers within the region
- Build and maintain strong broker relationships through regular development meetings
- Collaborate with UK regional underwriters to support new business wins
- Confidently present Markel’s specialist propositions to brokers
- Contribute insights to regional meetings
- Keep broker data accurate and meaningful within our CRM system
- Identify and onboard new broker prospects to grow the pipeline
