A promise to help people rebuild after unexpected events, and to give businesses the confidence to move forward. As part of our Prompt Resolution Team, you’ll be right at the heart of that promise, managing claims that genuinely impact people’s lives, while building a career with real progression and support.

Why this role?

What you’ll be doing:

What we’re looking for:

We’re open-minded on background, what matters most is your potential. You might come from:

  • Insurance claims, underwriting, broking or operations.
  • Property or liability claims.

  • Competitive salary & great annual bonus.
  • Hybrid working (4 days in Leeds, 1 from home).
  • 25 days holiday + bank holidays (option to buy/sell).
  • Fully funded professional qualifications (CII).
  • Clear progression routes into senior, specialist or leadership roles.
  • A genuinely supportive, people-first culture.

A team where you’ll thrive:

  • Approx. 7-person team with strong peer support.
  • Office-based, collaborative and social environment.
  • Regular team interaction, coaching and development.
  • Real exposure to experienced colleagues and leadership.

This is not a call centre role, you’ll manage your own cases, with meaningful work and real ownership.
